Delivery & Returns

After placing your order you should receive a confirmation email. If this does not happen please contact us on

Our aim is that when you order our sweets they get to delivered to you in tip top condition which is how they would of let us. We go to a great deal to make sure our sweets are properly packaged, labelled correctly. However once they have left our premises we cannot control what happens to it whilst in transit. If your parcel happens to arrive damaged and that has had an impact of the quality of the product please let us know, you can do this by emailing us on

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We dispatch Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Stock allowing, all orders placed before 12pm noon will be dispatched on the same working day, whilst orders placed after 12pm noon will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

UK mainland delivery available. Service available to England, Scotland and Wales. 

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland. 

You can pick your chosen delivery method at checkout:


First class delivery 1 - 3 working days £5.00

Second class delivery 3 - 7 working days £3.00

Pick up option -  You can place an order and then come into store to collect your order all you need to do is bring your confirmation email. Please do not come to collect your order if you have not received another email stating your order is ready to collect. 

Deliveries over £40 are eligible for free shipping using code delivery40

International shipping is currently unavailable. Please contact us if you want to talk to us about international shipping.

When placing the order for delivery please make sure all details are correct, we need a full postcode to deliver.  We do not accept responsibility for a non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to delay your order until the weather improved. In extreme situations your order may be delayed for serval days but you will receive notification via email and on our website it will state about delays in delivery.
